Internship for Sales, Booking & Organization

Every year (starting March 1st and or April 1st) we are looking for interns for up to 6 months to actively strengthen our team in the areas of consulting & sales, booking and organization of our paragliding flights.

Swiss Paragliding & Adventure is one of the leading providers of tandem paragliding flights. We offer a wide range of different flying areas and tandem flights in the Bernese Oberland with a focus on Interlaken & surroundings. Safety and professionalism always come first in our work. As an aspiring company, we attach particular importance to motivated independent work, thinking and a collegial approach within the team. Both the continuous professionalization of our services and the competitive expansion of our services are important to us.

Tasks Sales & Sales

  • Advising our international clients and actively selling at the sales des
  •  Correspondence in German and English
  • Telephone advice from our customers, as well as subsequent customer support
  • Updating and controlling the online booking portal Trekksoft
  • Coordination and work organization of employees
  • Organization of paragliding flights
  • Control of daily turnover and monthly statement

General administrative activities Tasks Marketing: 

  • Email newsletter to hotels
  • LiveChat support
  • Participation in the implementation of our social media concept
  • processing of own (sub) projects; Details on the projects, we discuss on request

We are looking for an intern with the following features: 

  • Team-capable and flexible regarding working hours (willingness to work even on a weekend)
  •  Independent, very reliable and structured way of working
  • Organizational and negotiating skills
  • Communicative, open-minded and service-oriented
  • Maintains an overview even in hectic situations
  • Between 20 and 35 years old
  • Very good MS Office knowledge in common programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Languages: mother tongue German, good knowledge of English (knowledge of French would be desirable, but not exclusion criteria)
  • It would be desirable to have an education in tourism or business (started or completed studies)
  • driving license category B (car)
